Film Production
Description: Film Production will recreate different film genres, shot techniques, and post production effects as we explore the theme of ‘“movies within movies”. Students will also collaborate with the Creative Writing and Computer Science classes to generate work and animated effects.
Instructor Bio: Aaron Sawyer recently completed an MFA in the Direction of Stage and Screen from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Aaron is the Co-Founder of Red Theater and Red Theater Omaha, which is currently producing his original script of “Red Hamlet” for the Minnesota Fringe Festival. Aaron has had multiple short films in a variety of genres appear at Film Festivals around the country. Aaron will next move to Chicago to pursue a career theater and film.
