The ESU 11 Gifted Department organized a VEX Robotics workshop for students in the unit. 20 students attended from seven different schools. Bob Redler from Southeast Community College in Milford lead the workshop with kits for the students to construct their own robot. Many creative ideas were shared and different techniques were learned.

NE Gifted Education Program in Danger
Proposed budget cuts for the Department of Education could possibly eliminate the state’s gifted education program, which would have a direct impact for ESU #11 schools.
