Grief Training Held at ESU 11

On October 15, 2013 Educational Service Unit #11  Staff Development Director Kate Hatch organized the year’s first Counselor Meeting.  Cathy Fox from Ted E. Bear Hollow was the guest speaker for the day.  Ted E. Bear Hollow is metro Omaha’s center for children, teens, and their families grieving the death of a family member or friend, and provides grief support services that are free of charge. Cathy conducted a “Grieving Children” training to help the ESU 11 counselors better support students at their districts.
