On January 28, 2014 ESU 11 hosted a workshop for foreign language teachers. This workshop supported the importance of using the target language in the classroom and provided strategies to help accomplish this. These strategies included games and activities that help reinforce vocabulary, activities to keep the students speaking in the target language, and strategies to enhance teaching. The workshop was facilitated by Stephanie Iwan-Flamme, foreign language instructor at Logan View High School.
