The Geographic Educators of Nebraska offered a Student Atlas of Nebraska workshop for fourth grade teachers in the ESU 10 and 11 areas. During the course of the workshop, teachers were provided with 30 free classroom copies of the Student Atlas of Nebraska in addition to a variety of lessons and activities that can be used to teach geography in their respective classrooms. Dr. Randy Bertolas, Professor and Chair of the Department of History, Politics, and Geography at Wayne State College, was the facilitator.
