On August 3, 2017, Kate Hatch conducted the first day of the Entry-Year Assistance training for school teams. During this training, a mentor and a new teacher had the opportunity to participate in discussions involving their district’s policies and procedures, decision-making, what makes quality effective teachers, and proactive management. Attorney Bobby Truhe from KSB School Law also spoke to the group about laws and best practices in regard to using social media.
