Educational Service Unit 11 has an immediate opening for a Transition Coordinator. The Transition Coordinator helps students with disabilities, age 14-21 plan for life after high school by developing goals for education, employment, and independent living, connecting them with resources, and coordinating services with families, schools, and outside agencies to ensure a successful move to adulthood.
