On December 12, 2013 Educational Service Unit #11 sponsored a training for area counselors. The Darkness to Light training was conducted by Jamie Vetter, Family Advocacy Network Director. This training was designed to raise awareness of the prevalence and consequences of child sexual abuse by educating adults about the steps that can be taken to prevent, recognize and react responsibly to the reality of child sexual abuse.
