On September 20 and 21, 2016, ESU #11 provided crisis trainings for district crisis teams. Dr. John Dudley, national school crisis consultant, was the expert on site. Dr. Dudley provided one-on-one assistance to districts and helped teams analyze and update their current crisis team response manuals. Teams then had the opportunity to work and collaborate with other districts as they evaluated their current plans.
