ESU 11 principals discuss Blended Learning and Professional Learning Communities at today’s meeting. Blended leaning is a formal education program in which a student learns at least in part through delivery of content and instruction via digital and online media with some element of student control over time, place, path, or pace. Professional Learning Communities are groups of educators that meets regularly, share expertise, and work collaboratively to improve teaching skills and the academic performance of students.
