Consultant Services is time that schools schedule the ESU 11 High Ability Learners Instructor to provide the following services:
- Work with students who are identified and qualify to receive high ability services
- Help classroom teachers better understand state law which provides for differentiated or accelerated curriculum programs for learners with high ability
- Identify learners with high ability
- Prepare state high ability learner education reports and applications
