On October 30, 2023, ESU #11 hosted a meeting for area principals and counselors. This meeting provided an opportunity to learn and collaborate regarding issues surrounding education. During this particular meeting, the group met with Steve Williams from KSB Law Firm, to learn the most recent information regarding 504 Plans and LEA legal responsibilities. In addition, Kay Glidden and Beth Reynolds from Region 3 Behavioral Health Services provided information and strategies that can be leveraged in order to have and maintain calmer classrooms.
