On August 9, 2012, ESU 11 hosted an Introduction to Moodle workshop. Moodle is an open source online management system. In the classroom, Moodle can be used as a way to extend learning beyond the school day, as a communication tool, and a repository for important documents and resources. Technology Curriculum Consultant Stephanie Dannehl demonstrated to teachers how to create courses, navigate Moodle, and create activities and resources that can enhance their curriculum.
