ESU #11 hosted an Advanced SMARTBoard workshop to area teachers on August 2, 2012. Technology Consultant Stephanie Dannehl demonstrated various techniques that teachers could use to make their lessons interactive. Erase to reveal, pull tabs, object animation, and screencasting were a few of the tools that teachers explored to increase student engagement and learning. A new version of the notebook software was recently released and the teachers had an opportunity to try out the new features and discuss how they can incorporate them into their lessons.
