On June 25 and 26, 2012, Kate Hatch, ESU #11 Staff Development Director coordinated a Corrective Reading workshop. This two-day training was facilitated by Corrective Reading Trainer Ronda Roth from Gering Public Schools. Corrective Reading is an Intensive instructional support for primary or secondary students with reading difficulties. Corrective Reading provides intensive, sustained direct instruction to address deficiencies in decoding and comprehension.
