On November 29, 2011, DJ Wendell, a Wilcox-Hildreth student, experienced what many Nebraska football fans have only dreamed of. Dj, his mom, and Mr. Gibbs, his high school resource teacher, traveled to Lincoln, so DJ could fulfill a young man’s dream of going through the “Tunnel Walk” at Memorial Stadium.
