On January 25th ESU 11 hosted a DocuDrama workshop for two schools of World Language students. Students studying Advanced Spanish from Wilcox-Hildreth and Cambridge assembled at the Nebraska Prairie Museum in Holdrege with a script that they had written in their language of study and then using the sets of the museum as backdrops, acted out their drama while recording and editing their performance for retention and sharing with others. Teachers and students used the experience to practice their dialog and communication skills while enjoying the rich settings of the museum. The drama format made it fun.
